OptionAlysis from Aspen Graphics provides options traders the tools to help perform complete and detailed analysis of equity options and options on all types of futures contracts. Two packages are available, the Basic or Advanced OptionAlysis toolsets.

Basic OptionAlysis allows the user to build quote screens for chains of options that include market price, theoretical pricing, all greeks and implied volatility. All data in the screen automatically update as market prices fluctuate. Theoretical prices may be calculated using any of three built-in pricing models, and all fields in the quote screens are adjustable, allowing detailed "what-if" analyses on option positions.

Adding the sophisticated features of Advanced OptionAlysis onto the Basic package gives the user the ability to build option strategies and organize those strategies using a powerful portfolio manager function.

The strategies may be charted against the price of the underlying instruments, again with the ability to modify position parameters to analyze the profit and loss potential given anticipated changes in market conditions. Strategies and books of strategies may be dragged and dropped into Profit and Loss screens to show profitability.
